Return and Refund Policy
All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for quality defective. If there is quality defective, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipment.
1. All parcels will be packed in a carton box. If the parcel is not in good condition when you
receive it, please don't let the postman leave.
a. Take a photo and video of your consignment note and the parcel.
b. Don't sign to accept the parcel, ask the postman to return to us.
c. Send us the photos, video and we will ship out a new parcel within twenty-one (21) working
2. If you accidentally received the parcel and only found the defect products after you open the

b. Return the product to us. We will do compensate within twenty-one (21) working days.
3. If you found that the product received isn't same with what you ordered,

b. If we are shipping the wrong product to you, please can return it back to us and we will
the exact product to you within twenty-one (21) working days.
You must be returned together with their original box. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are not refundable.Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchange item to arrive at you may vary. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing transportation insurance. We do not guarantee that you will receive your returned items.
Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed.
