Delivery Policy


Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays

Domestic shipment (Within Malaysia): Shipping may take 2-7 business days from the date of shipment.


We do not ship to any other destination outside of Malaysia.


1. Our Courier partner would usually successfully deliver the parcel within 2-7 working days from the date of shipment (Our daily shipment schedule is from Monday to Friday daily. No shipment on every Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

Delivery Tracking Numbers will be provided to all orders upon shipment for self-tracking purposes.

2. In the event of delay on the delivery, we would recommend for self-collection at the designation deporting branch of our delivery partner to avoid  affect the product quality. Affected customers may also contact our customer service representative for more info.

We do not assume responsibility or authority for the operations of our delivery partner. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.

3. Actual product may differ from the photos published on all PENTOLI marketing channels. Each product is unique and will not have identical appearance or texture. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.


If you have received an item that has been damaged or found missing parts, kindly contact our Customer Service Line and email to us within 12 hours after receiving your order. Keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection. You should provide us a description and photos, video of the damage to the item or missing parts as well as the condition of any packaging via email. In the event that an order contains damaged or defective items for which a you (customer) do not wish a replacement, you (the customer) will be responsible for returning the items according to the Return & Exchange Policy.

For items missing in shipment, if you found / suspect the ordered is missing in shipment, kindly contact our Customer Service line and email us after 3 days of your order placed.
